I’m new...walk me through how we register into a class?

How does your program work? 

Our program usually runs year-round, with a “reset” in late spring. This is when we shift current students into their age (and stage) appropriate classes for the following season. Following this shift, our schedule will generally reopen to new students. Most of our new families onboard in June and July. Once enrolled, your child will have priority registration into your preferred class days and times. If our program is a good fit, we do our best to place siblings into available classes as well.


If you need to take a break from classes, we will add your child to our waitlists internally and reach out once a spot becomes available – OR - you may continue with monthly payments to ensure your child’s place in class is held for you. 


Office hours and support? I have questions…

We are working to carve out more in person office hours to connect and walk you through our onboarding process. Our office is currently understaffed, and we have very limited time to answer questions over the phone. Answers to your most frequently asked questions are available on our website. Still need help? Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns. 


Our “Class Schedule” shows real-time availability. 

If an appropriate class day and time is available, register in! We will bill for the first class and make sure it’s a good fit before billing further. 

If the class is not available, but shows a waitlist, hop on it! We offer open ‘spots’ to waitlisted families first. This season we are only taking 2 students on each list. 

Many of our classes will no longer link to a waitlist. Having students sitting on waitlists for months has not served us well. Our preference is to reflect current openings on our class schedule instead. If there are openings in classes, we may notify the community via Instagram.

Our “Class Descriptions” are helpful for new families choosing the “just right” program for their child. We do our best to offer a range of options for your little ones. As they grow older (2.5-3.5) the “challenge” comes from learning gymnastic skill progressions rather than the physical obstacle course equipment. If your kiddo leans more towards Ninja or Parkor with a need for speed…the bigger gyms are often a better fit. Our program is a great fit for kids who are methodical movers and for those more interested in teacher-led activities. 


How do we register for PreK Gym, Kinder Gym and Kinder AG (Agility Gym) classes?

If there is a Try It! mini class available, register into it on the class schedule page. After completing the class, we will reach out and let you know what class level options we feel would be the best fit for your child at this time. 

Be sure to check our class schedule and see if there are classes that have availability and work with YOUR families’ schedule as well prior to booking. 


How does billing work? 

Classes are once weekly unless otherwise indicated. Your monthly payment secures your child’s spot in the class until they graduate into a new class level, or until you decide to drop out (or take a break from) the program. 

If this is your child’s first class with us, we will pre-bill for ONE class only. From there we will pro-rate you into our billing cycle. If the program is not a good fit, you may “drop” the class with no further billing on our end. 


Why are some of your classes so difficult to get into? 

Our gym space is super small and cozy, perfect for little ones! The downside is that we are only able to accommodate a finite number of children in each age and stage class. Some families are with us for years before graduating out of our programming. This is LOVELY for us, but difficult at times for new families. 

Each program (Baby, Preschool, Kinder, School Age) has its own creative set up. Each with a set number of classes per week. When fully staffed we will offer ONE class in the space at a time for Baby and Toddler Gym and up to THREE for Preschool and Kinder Gym per hour.  This approach allows for less time moving equipment around and MORE time doing what we love…teaching! 

Our goal is to offer more opportunities for our community to join us in classes or playtime as we grow our staff.
