Our Party Packages Include:

  • THE ENTIRE SPACE IS YOURS! The gym will be closed to the public.
  • Party begins with coach led gym floor time (45 or 60 min), then moves to the lobby for food/snacks/cake (45 min). Back and forth between gym floor and lobby is NOT allowed.
  • Decorations in the lobby area and on dining table
  • Child sized dining table that seats 12 comfortably 
  • Additional seating for adults (12 chairs)
  • A buffet table for cake/cupcakes/snacks/lunch/dinner etc.
  • A gift cart (holding area for presents)
  • Tablecloths, paper plates, cups, napkins, utensils 
  • Ask about use of cupcake or cake stands
  • Assistance (if desired) with cake cutting, serving, gift opening and passing out goodie bags
  • And we do the cleanup for you!


Coach Led Gym Floor Time May Include:

  • A Toddler/Lil' Cruiser style class format for 1 and 2 year olds
  • A warmup song and stretch 
  • An age-appropriate obstacle course of gymnastics equipment 
  • Trampoline time 
  • Activities (shaky eggs, sticks, balls, balloons, bubbles, hoops, scarves, or parachute)
  • Free Play time
  • Background music

*Children under 3 MUST be accompanied by an adult on the gym floor at all times


Party Families Are Responsible For: 

  • Any food or drinks you wish to serve (we DO NOT have a refrigerator/freezer at this time)
  • Acquiring release forms from parents (especially those who plan to drop off their children)
  • Goodie bags (if desired)

Cancellation Policy: 

  • We offer a 100% refund on your Birthday Party Deposit if you cancel 14 days in advance of your party.
  • Cancellations 13 to 7 days in advance of your party receive a credit in the amount of your paid deposit for a future party or to use towards classes.
  • There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of your party.
