DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL CLASS?
We no longer offer a free trial class. You will pay for the first class and then be billed for the remaining classes in the Billing Cycle - as well as the Annual Fee - 48 Hours after the first class is completed - unless we receive a Student Drop Form from you. If we receive a Student Drop Form, we will drop your student from the class and no further billing will take place.
WILL I BE CHARGED WHILE ON A WAITLIST?
No. We require you to add a credit card to your account upon account creation. Your card is only charged once you have a student enrolled in a class.
MY CHILD IS ON A WAITLIST, HOW LONG WILL THE WAIT BE?
We don't have any way of knowing how long a wait will be. When a student drops from a class, we offer their spot to the first person on the waitlist. We then work our way down the list - in order- as new spots open up. We can tell you where you are on a waitlist - but it's truly impossible to know how long a wait will be.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE CLASS?
You may enter the gym 5 minutes before the class begins.
LOBBY
The lobby area is intended to be a place to hold personal items while in class. It will continue to be closed for viewing students in classes. To clarify: Only one caregiver per student will be permitted inside the gym for Baby Gym, Toddler Gym & Play Gym classes. Siblings will not be permitted in the gym to hang out during class. It’s a liability for us as the lobby is officially unattended by our staff. Please understand that you will be asked to leave class and not be issued a refund for the missed class. This policy will be strictly enforced during the 2024/25 Gymnastics Season.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR TO CLASS?
Comfortable clothing (preferably not super baggy) with NO zippers, buckles or buttons as they can scratch/tear the equipment. Leotards are totally fine as well! It can be chilly in the morning - layers are great. Hair pulled back from the face in a ponytail or braid, so the gymnast can see when upside down please. Bare feet for the kiddos on the gym floor. Caregivers who are on the gym floor with their kiddos, please wear socks. NO street shoes are permitted.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE TO MISS A CLASS?
Make-up classes are not being offered at this time in an effort to keep groups stable. (COVID-19 Safety Measure)
WILL I RECEIVE A FINANCIAL CREDIT OR MAKE-UP CLASS CREDIT FOR MISSED CLASSES?
No. Your tuition payment simply holds a spot in class for your child - whether they attend or not.
WHAT'S YOUR SICK POLICY?
We kindly ask that you keep your sick kiddos home if they aren’t feeling well so we don’t spread germs throughout the gym – and expose other children and our coaching staff. If your child recently vomited or has had diarrhea – our policy requires you to keep your child home for at least 24 hours after symptoms have ended.
HOW DO I DISCONTINUE ENROLLMENT?
If you would like to drop your child from a class, please submit the following Student Drop Form. Refunds are NOT offered if you notify us after the 1st of the Month Billing. Drop request MUST be received prior to the 1st day of the month in which you intend to drop your child from the class. FOR EXAMPLE: If you want to drop your child from a class on May 15th, you need to notify us before May 1st - otherwise you will be billed for the entire month of May. A drop request received prior to May 1st will enable us to prorate your tuition in the final month (if needed) and proactively offer your child's spot in the class to someone on our waitlist.
CAN I BRING A CARRIED INFANT INTO CLASS?
If you are bringing a carried infant onto the gym floor during a Toddler Gym or Family Gym Class - the child must remain in their carrier. Infants on the gym floor are not permitted for safety and insurance reasons.
DO YOU OFFER SESSIONS?
No. Our program is designed to be ongoing year-round rather than in sessions. This means you can register your child anytime and your child will remain enrolled in the class until they graduate to a new level or you choose to discontinue.
WHY ARE SOME CLASSES IMPACTED?
We have a major supply and demand issue. Our space and staff is small and we are trying to operate as efficiently as possible. Our priority right now is to promote from within - therefore spots in our Preschool and School Age classes are being reserved for students currently enrolled in our program. We can only support a finite number of students in each age range - in order to allow for those kids to promote to the next level class - we have to limit enrollment.
