Notification of Absence

 Make-ups are not being offered at this time in an effort to keep groups stable. (COVID-19 Safety Measure)

1.  I understand that I MUST notify TUMBLE BY THE SEA of an absence BEFORE class, in order to be eligible for a class make-up. 
2. I understand that my child must be enrolled in a class in order to use make-up classes. 
3. I understand that TUMBLE BY THE SEA can't guarantee a class will be available or have availability in it for my child to schedule a make-up. 
4. I realize that make-ups have NO cash value. 
5. I understand that make-ups CANNOT be applied as a credit to my child's regularly scheduled class or transferred to a sibling.
